Payment Schedule:
International Trips
- $500.00 per person is required within 7 days of booking to confirm reservation
- 90 days prior to departure date, ½ half of charter rate is due
- 60 days prior to departure date, full payment due
Regional Trips
- $150.00 per person is required within 7 days of booking to confirm reservation.
- 60 days prior to departure date, ½ half of charter rate is due
- 30 days prior to departure date, full payment is due
Cancellation policy – In the event the participant cancels prior to the trip departure date:
International Trips
- 90 days prior to departure date, 30% of charter rate forfeited, unless all spots are filled
- 60 days prior to departure date, 60% of charter rate forfeited, unless all spots are filled
- 45 days prior to departure date, 100% of charter rate forfeited, unless all spots are filled
Regional Trips
- 45 days prior to departure date, 25% of charter rate forfeited, unless all spots are filled
- 30 days prior to departure date, 50% of charter rate forfeited, unless all spots are filled
- 10 days prior to departure date, 100% of charter rate forfeited, unless all spots are filled
